Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 29 October 2026

This website is operated by Carttenders, Lda (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our address and company details are available on our Contact page. By accessing this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

These terms cover this website only. They do not govern any service you reach from a link here; those are operated by separate companies under their own terms, and you contract with them directly.

This site is intended for users aged 18 or over.

1. Advertisers and affiliate disclosure

We allow advertisers to display their offers and related information in certain areas of this website. We act as an affiliate and may receive a commission or other compensation when you sign up for a service through a link on this site. This never adds anything to what you pay, and the commercial terms of those arrangements may change from time to time without affecting the price you are charged.

Play Library Box is a recommendation site. We are not the provider of any service featured here: we do not run it, host the content, process payments or hold your payment details. Your contract is with the provider concerned, on their terms, and any questions about billing, cancellation or refunds should go to them through the contact details on their website.

2. What the Service includes

The Service gives subscribers access to a library of digital entertainment content, which may include videos, games, fitness programmes, music and audiobooks, on internet-connected devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and TVs. Content availability may vary by country and may change over time as the Provider’s licences change.

3. Price, trial and renewal

When you sign up, a verification charge of $2 is taken on your payment card to confirm your payment method and activate a 3-day trial with full access.

Three days after sign-up, unless you have cancelled, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged $39.99 per month, billed monthly on a recurring basis until you cancel. By entering your card details at checkout you authorise the Provider to take these recurring charges. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and the price that applies to you is always the one displayed at checkout.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without a cancellation fee, from your account with the Provider (select “Cancel subscription”) or through the Provider’s support, using the contact details in your sign-up confirmation. If you are not sure who the Provider is, write to support@playlibrarybox.com and we will forward your request. Cancellation stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling during the trial means the monthly fee is never taken.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason. Where you ask for immediate access to digital content and acknowledge at checkout that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins, that right ends at that point. To withdraw, notify the Provider before the 14 days expire, using the contact details in your sign-up confirmation; you may also write to support@playlibrarybox.com and we will forward your notice. Any refund due is made by the Provider within 14 days using the payment method you used.

6. Refunds

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Beyond those rights, subscription payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are given for partly used billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact the Provider. If you are not sure who the Provider is, write to support@playlibrarybox.com and we will forward your request.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use this website and to subscribe to the Service.

8. Use of this website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it; not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, its systems or networks; and not to use automated tools in a way that places unreasonable load on it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter in the sign-up form.

9. Intellectual property

The layout, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. The Play Library Box name and this website belong to us. All content made available within the featured service belongs to the Provider or its licensors.

10. Third-party websites and content

This website links to the Provider’s checkout and may link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. When you leave this website, these Terms stop applying and the other site’s terms take over.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the Portuguese courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at support@playlibrarybox.com and we will try to resolve the matter with you and the Provider. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top, is the one that applies.
